ScoreSync does not provide guarantees, professional advice, or instructions regarding sporting outcomes.

By accessing or using ScoreSync, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must meet the minimum age requirement applicable in your country of residence to use ScoreSync. Where no country-specific rule applies, users must be at least 18 years of age.

By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that the date of birth you provide is accurate. ScoreSync reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where age verification fails.

3. Nature of Platform Outputs

All predictions, probability scores, confidence levels, calibration rankings, and statistical outputs generated by ScoreSync are:

• Based on publicly available historical data and mathematical models
• Provided for informational and decision-support purposes only
• Not a guarantee of any future event or outcome
• Not financial advice, investment advice, or any form of regulated guidance
• Not intended to encourage, direct, or guarantee any wagering activity

Football outcomes are inherently uncertain. ScoreSync makes no warranty — express or implied — that any prediction will be accurate. You acknowledge that reliance on platform outputs is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use ScoreSync responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws in your country of residence. You must not:

• Use the platform in any jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful
• Share, resell, or redistribute ScoreSync predictions or data commercially without written consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the platform
• Provide false information during registration, including age or country of residence
• Use platform outputs irresponsibly or in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations

5. Subscriptions and Payments

ScoreSync offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans grant access to expanded analytical features and are billed on a monthly or yearly cycle depending on the plan selected.

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis at ScoreSync's discretion
• ScoreSync reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

5a. Regional Pricing and Billing Country Verification

ScoreSync offers tiered pricing based on your country of residence. The price shown at checkout reflects the tier applicable to the country you selected during registration.

Your billing address as entered at checkout is treated as the authoritative record of your country of residence. If the billing country provided to Stripe does not match the country tier used to determine your subscription price, ScoreSync will automatically correct your plan to reflect the tier associated with your billing country. For example, if you register as a resident of a lower-priced region but pay with a billing address in a higher-priced region, your subscription will be adjusted to the higher-priced tier accordingly.

ScoreSync reserves the right to cancel or correct any subscription where the selected country of residence does not match the billing or payment details provided. In such cases:

• Your registered country on ScoreSync will be updated to match your Stripe billing country
• Future plan pricing shown in the app will reflect your corrected country tier
• Refunds will not be issued for the price difference on the initial payment period where a correction is applied

Regional pricing is a feature offered in good faith. Deliberately selecting a country of residence that does not reflect your actual location in order to obtain a lower price constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, algorithms, and software on ScoreSync — including but not limited to prediction models, calibration rankings, and platform architecture — are the intellectual property of ScoreSync and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content.

7. Data and Privacy

ScoreSync collects only the data necessary to provide the service — including your email address, country of residence, and date of birth for age verification. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

By using ScoreSync you consent to the collection and use of data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Service Availability

ScoreSync aims to maintain continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the service at any time — including for maintenance, API limitations, or data availability issues — without liability.

Where live data cannot be retrieved, ScoreSync will serve the most recent available database result and display an appropriate notice to users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ScoreSync and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from:

• Reliance on any prediction, statistic, or analytical output from the platform
• Interruption or unavailability of the service
• Any sporting, strategic, financial, wagering, or personal decision made using ScoreSync outputs

Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk. ScoreSync is a tool for statistical insight — not a decision-maker.

10. Responsible Use

ScoreSync promotes responsible and informed use of football analytics. Users should exercise independent judgment when interpreting platform outputs and are encouraged to avoid overreliance on predictive models for important decisions. Football outcomes remain inherently uncertain.

11. Modifications to These Terms

ScoreSync may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
